Ravens’ Lamar Jackson confuses the NFL world as he won’t travel to the playoff game with the team

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson last played against the Denver Broncos in an NFL game in Week 13 and has been out since with a PCL strain.

After addressing his injury in a series of tweets prior to the team’s playoff game against the Cincinnati Bengals, Jackson did not travel to Paycor Stadium with the team. The NBC show made the reveal during Sunday night’s game. The reason was unclear.

“Thank you everyone for your support and your concerns about my injuries. I want to give you all an update while I am in the recovery process,” he tweeted. “I sustained a grade 2 PCL sprain bordering on trunk 3. My knee is still inflamed and my knee remains unstable. I am still in good spirits as I continue with treatments on the road to recovery. I wish I could be out there with my boys more than anything, but I can’t give 100% of myself to my boys and fans. I still hope we have a chance.”

Jackson’s absence from the Ravens touchline confused the rest of the NFL world.
