The organization has actually announced that they reached an agreement with the American defender on Monday.

The versatile Wilson was used as a cornerback, defensive back and safety at Calgary. He’s made 19 defensive tackles in six games this season while tackling 107 total in 38 games with the Stampeders since 2019. He also had two special teams and intercepted three passes.

28-year-old Wilson is a product of Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

The Alouettes will restart the action on Saturday by hosting the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. They defeated the Blue Bombers 20-17 in overtime in Winnipeg last Thursday.
