Sam Frost has suffered a horrific injury while out with her fiancee Jordie Hansen.
The pregnant former Home and Away star fell in a driveway, ending up tearing ligaments in her foot and scraping her leg.
The couple detailed the extent of their injuries Thursday on their podcast Jordie and Sam’s Rural Roadtrip.

“You know what I love about you, Sam?” Jordie began.
“No matter what happens, no matter how you feel, no matter how hurt you are, as soon as the mics come on, you always turn them on and do your best.
“I’m very proud of you, you have a really sore ankle right now, it’s blown up like a balloon.”
“I fell in my driveway,” Sam revealed, before adding, “I fell in the driveway and tore some ligaments in my foot and got a huge scrape on my leg.”
“If you see a pregnant woman limping with a pair of crutches, be polite – it’s me.”

Last month, Sam opened up about the struggles she faced during her first trimester.
She revealed on her blog, Believe by Sam Frost, that it was “incredibly difficult for me, mentally and physically.”
The former Bachelorette said her symptoms started after the six-week mark and her “mental health deteriorated rapidly from there.”
Sam got engaged to fiancé Jordie Hansen (pictured) in July after five months of dating.
Sam announced she was pregnant in an Instagram post in September and posed next to her fiancé Jordie while holding up an ultrasound photo.
“There’s a tiny human coming soon… everyone acts surprised when he inevitably inherits his parents’ quirky sense of humor,” she wrote in her caption.
The couple got engaged in July after just five months of dating.
