Pregnant Heather Rae El Moussa (née Young) is more than ready to meet her baby boy.

“I’m just quitting acupuncture. I did acupuncture to induce labor and I’ll tell you guys about a few other things I’ve done,” the Selling Sunset star, 35, said in an Instagram Story video on Friday, Jan. 27, during he was in her car. “[I’ve been eating] Events, [drinking] Raspberry tea, I did a pressure point massage. I walk a lot, obviously something for adults, bounce on the exercise ball, [and] Acupuncture.”

She explained: “When I go for a walk, I go like an up-down [on the curb] and also walks on the sand.”

El Moussa, who announced in July 2022 that she is expecting her first child with her husband Tarek El Mussanoted in her story caption that she’s “trying natural ways” to start labor.

While Heather’s induction methods haven’t worked yet, on Saturday, January 28, she was dying to try an infamous method.

“If your friends secure the famous ‘work salad’ that I can bring to my house tomorrow because it’s hours away from me,” the Oppenheim Group broker wrote in a second Friday upload, sharing a friend’s selfie outside Caioti restaurant Pizza cafe.

A local Los Angeles eatery, Caioti Pizza Café features a romaine lettuce and watercress salad topped with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. According to urban legend, many pregnant women who munched on the veggies went into labor several hours later.

Heather and the Flip or Flop alum, 41, have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child, who will be Tarek’s third. The HGTV star and ex-wife Christina Hall (née Haack) share 12-year-old daughter Taylor and 7-year-old son Brayden.

“They are so excited. Every week Brayden likes to check my app and see where we’re at, how big the baby is,” the former Playboy model exclusively told Us Weekly last month of her stepkids. “They are really involved in the naming process. They’re just so excited.”

While Taylor and Brayden have been helping the Flipping El Moussa hosts come up with names for their son, nothing has stuck yet.

“The name has not been set. We haven’t finalized the name yet, we don’t fully know,” Heather told Us at the time. “We’re throwing ideas around, but I think we want to wait until he’s born and see what he looks like.”

The couple – who have said their son is due in January – have also set up the nursery for his arrival.

“Post some baby stuff. Obviously I won’t know what the little boy likes until he gets here,” the reality TV star wrote of her Stories on Friday, showing her 4-mom bassinet, baby-friendly moisturizer and a Frida baby tub. “We have to switch gears if he doesn’t like the things I have.”

She remarked: “In every room in the house and in both cars I have diaper bins with diapers, wipes, changing pads, baby lotion, [butt] paste, burp cloths, diaper bags, pacifier wipes, hand sanitizer, [an] extra clothes to change into [and] blankets for [the] Car.”
