The 42-year-old heiress shared snaps from the bash and thanked husband Carter Reum for planning.
“Thank you, my love, for surprising me with such a beautiful evening,” she wrote to her 22.2 million fans to read.
The new mom, who recently gave birth to a baby boy, continued, “Such a special night making me feel so incredibly lucky and blessed.”
The heartfelt thanks comes after the blonde bombshell she shared with Harper’s Bazaar, she’s enjoying hooking up with my husband after wondering if she was asexual in her 20s.

In some photos, she posed under a balloon display that read “HBD PARIS” in silver and pink.
She stood in the expansive foyer of her Los Angeles mansion, where dozens of white candles were lit on a nearby staircase.
Though the megastar described the gathering as “intimate” and “low-key,” her party had a star-studded guest list.

Mrs Reum explained in the new issue of Harper’s Bazaar that she and her venture capitalist have decided to keep the baby’s upcoming birth a secret, even from family.
The model revealed that she donned a brunette wig and hoodie when the surrogate checked into the hospital for the birth, even signing on to the visitor log.
“My whole life has been so public. I’ve never had anything for myself. We decided we wanted this whole experience to ourselves,” she explained.
