Paolla Oliveira is at odds with some netizens who pester her with awkward questions about her body.
She appeared at the Grande Rio rehearsal this week alongside boyfriend Diogo Nogueira, and several people asked if the actress was pregnant.
Paolla made a long outburst on her social network to talk about the topic, asking people to stop commenting about her body, not everyone’s belly is pregnant, etc.
Here are excerpts from her response to the mean comments she received about her looks:
“Did you think I had a belly? You know what? With a belly or not, I thought I was beautiful, that’s what counts. And come on guys, not every belly is a baby’s, no.”
“That can be a trigger for a lot of women because we’re still so ‘obsessed’ with our bodies and we’ve been taught to care about how we look.”
And he added: “Warning here. Talking about each other’s bodies is a very serious thing. So are we trying not to do that?”.
