The progression of certain existing cracks on the bridge linking Vaudreuil-Dorion to Senneville will result in the closure of an additional lane from Tuesday.

Traffic will continue to have two lanes in each direction.

During the first frosts, the Ministry discovered the progression of some existing cracks on the side of the bridge towards Vaudreuil-Dorion.

In his report, the Special Rapporteur found that, for example, more than half the population of Pasco, Puno, Amazonas, Callao, Madre de Dios, Moquegua, Cusco and Ucayali consume heavy metals, while the percentage rises to 100% of the population of Lambayeque .

This situation is in addition to numerous environmental impacts, including the drying up of lagoons, wetlands and springs, the disappearance of species and fish kills. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the National Water Agency denies toxic contamination, according to Arrojo.

“A dramatic example is that of the city of Cajamarca, where 70% of the population drinks the water previously used by the Yanacocha Newmont mining company. Years ago, the company drained the wells of the Rio Grande spring that historically fed the city. Currently, the company is diverting streams previously pumped from the aquifer and used in its production processes into the canal for distribution to the population as drinking water, in violation of constitutional primacy,” the report said. Faced with this situation, Arrojo Agudo made a number of recommendations, among which stand out: Stop new concessions in the upper reaches of the catchment areas and effectively implement the relevant law, guaranteeing the effective participation of the affected population; Urgently activate existing legislation to clean up environmental debt with adequate funding; enable independent and transparent investigation and monitoring of possible toxic contamination of stocks and epidemiological analysis of public health consequences.

Two young children have died in a horrific crash after their drunk and “shambling” aunt lost control of a van she was driving with her mother in the passenger seat.

Kaleah Sharelle Manning, 23, had a “strong smell of alcohol coming out of her mouth every time she opened it to speak” after Sunday night’s wreck, according to Las Vegas police.

Little Taylor, 3, and Rose Wilmer, 2, both died in the crash on Scott Robinson Boulevard around 9:15 p.m.

Rose died at the scene while Taylor was taken to University Medical Center but died early Monday.

Manning, the girl’s aunt, was driving the silver 2004 Honda Odyssey van when it went off the road and hit the curb before hitting a small tree, a light pole and then a large palm tree.

Her mother, Raenysa Clydette-Glenn Washington, 25, was in the passenger seat of the car when the crash happened.

Both women were taken to hospital, where they were handcuffed to their beds while they recovered from their injuries, which were critical earlier in the week.

Manning and Washington lived at the same address with the two little girls, and their mother faced double neglect and endangerment, which resulted in her death.

They have not yet been assigned to the Clark County Detention Center and have been assigned in absentia as they are still in the hospital.

Another teenage witness said the woman was drunk, adding: “When she got out of the car she just stepped on the baby and walked on the grass.

“She got out of the car and casually stepped on the baby.”

According to the police report, she said she had two shots of alcohol and is pending blood tests for the level of alcohol in her system.

Tavon Wilmer, 22, the girl’s father, said the crash was “something that should never have happened”.

He added, “My girls were beautiful, smart girls.”

The crash is still under investigation, and Detective Cuevas said during a news conference, “This is a call to action regarding DUI, speed and appropriate child restraint systems.”
