Warzone 2.0 – Change Ahead – XboxSquad

Warzone has the right to a version 2.0 on February 15th. Many changes will take place. Most notable is the change in the Gulag.

In fact, with the launch of Season 2, the 1v1 Gulag will return with Warzone’s original overtime mechanic (the dominance-type flag checkpoint) in place of the jailer.

In order to get this change live faster, we changed the Season 01 Gulag to improve 1v1 combat, but we are actively working on creating a special 1v1 map for future seasons.

Infinity Ward

Warzone 2.0, improved to be more dynamic

Between the removal of the medium and large backpacks and the redesign of the UI when picking up loot, everything is done to make the experience more dynamic.

Other changes to Warzone 2.0 include the introduction of customizable perk packs, lowering the price of loadout drop markers, adding an additional loudout drop during a match (drops are now produced in the first and fifth circles), and the fact that all players start with a three-plate vest.

All changes can be found at this address.

After presenter Luciano Huck was given command of the Domingão program, he was a huge hit with viewers by bringing his Saturday attractions to Sunday programming. The presenter managed to reinvent the attraction presented by the communicator Fausto Silva for many years and fell into people’s favor. One of the most famous frames of the program was Believe Who Wants.

The attraction involves bringing together a team of three people who are telling a story and only one of them is telling the truth, and a team of judges made up of famous guests who are trying to guess who is telling the truth. This Sunday (29th), the judges had to guess which of the participants was run over by Michael Jackson as a child.

During one of his visits to Brazil, the King of Pop was involved in a traffic accident, injuring a child’s leg. After the mystery was solved as to which participant was the victim of the accident, Luciano Huck decided to prepare a big surprise. The presenter discovered that the man participating in the painting was a fan of the queen of shorts, Xuxa Meneghel.

He prepared everything with the help of the blonde, who agreed to take part in the surprise and asked her to record a special message to show the shocked and incredulous boy. In the video message, the blonde said: “This time Lu also invited me to go there and give you a kiss, but I’m recording. But I think your day is made and I’ll still give you that kiss.” In the end, Luciano Huck expressed his gratitude to the presenter because although he was busy, he was willing to record the video for the fan.

Woman stabbed in Lachine: the “brothel” of Rue Camille

Residents in Montreal’s Lachine neighborhood, discouraged by their neighbors, are asking police to evacuate the “ghetto” on Rue Camille where a woman was stabbed on Saturday.

“Except for a few patrols, nothing is being done to improve the situation. It’s now the case that a single block of flats can terrorize an entire street,” deplores Marilyne, a resident of Rue Camille.

“My partner and I are starting to feel insecure. It’s a shame because I’ve lived in the Saint-Pierre district for more than 20 years and it was a very peaceful place before that,” she laments.

Almost every week the police are called to intervene in the same building, says Marilyne. Working from home, she often sees police cars driving by her street.

The drop too much

A 30-year-old woman was stabbed to death in her home around 11 a.m. on Saturday. Later in the day, police arrested a 47-year-old suspect known to their services.

This incident appears to be the final straw for area residents who are urging the city to get rid of the “ghetto.”

The problematic building would house a brothel, according to its neighbors. That would explain the repeated comings and goings.

“It’s sad, but it doesn’t surprise me. I lived in Rue Camille from 2015 to 2016 and unfortunately not much has changed since then. It’s a very disadvantaged area,” stresses Vanny Ranger-Tremblay in an interview with Le Journal.

A quick search of social networks is enough to find at least ten violent events that have happened on this street in recent years. At least four people have been victims of knife attacks there since 2020, most recently on Saturday.

Boluarte is pushing for Peru’s elections to be brought forward to October and for changes to be made to the 1993 constitution

Peruvian President Dina Boluarte. The President of Peru, Dina Boluarte.Paolo Aguilar (EFE)

Just over a week before the conclusion of two months in government, as the country finds itself in a state of permanent and unsustainable social upheaval, President Dina Boluarte made two announcements this Sunday trying to calm the fire of protests against her : the advance of the elections for this year and the long-awaited amendment of the 1993 Constitution. Boluarte asked the Congress of the Republic to reconsider the further development of the general elections, to be voted on this Monday. “Congressmen, you must be aware of your historical responsibilities. Tomorrow they will have the opportunity to earn the country’s trust and meet this demand so awaited by the Peruvian people. Let’s say to all of Peru with the utmost responsibility: we’re all going.”

The President also stressed that if the Chamber ignores her request, she has a plan b. He will promptly submit a proposal on behalf of the Executive. “This regulatory proposal responds to an urgent need to improve the democratic legitimacy of the country’s political representation. A situation that allows the population to put their main demands on the national political agenda institutionally and not through violence,” he said.

In order to be able to hold the elections in October, the term of office of the president would have to be shortened, as would that of the congressmen and representatives of the Andean parliament. “The first round should take place on the second Sunday in October and the second round in December,” he added. This Sunday’s announcement comes a day after the first protester was killed by police fire in the capital Lima, although 58 people have died since the crisis began last December.

But the advance wasn’t the only big announcement of the evening. Dina Boluarte, the first woman to cross the presidential ribbon, succeeding Pedro Castillo after his frustrated self-coup, announced a second proposal that would have been unimaginable just a few weeks ago: the total reform of the 1993 constitution, promulgated during the Government of Alberto Fujimori. “It aims to settle the debate on constitutional reform once and for all. A topic constantly used by some political forces to undermine any democratic solution to the current situation.”

The President said that the task of the Constitutional Commission would be transferred to the next Congress. “This law fits perfectly with the expectations of another sector of Congress that also wants to enact political reforms through a constituent assembly. There would be no more excuses for this to happen in 2023,” he explained. The initiative, he said, would be put to a referendum and “all the institutions will be able to put forward their contribution to shaping this reform.”

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ team defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 23-20 in the US Finals at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday night.

This is a rematch for the Chiefs, who were beaten by the Ohio club in the same stage of the playoffs last year.

It was Harrison Butker who gave the crowd favorites the win. With three seconds remaining, the kicker completed a 45-yard field goal. It was his third success in this game.

However, it should be noted that returnee Skyy Moore brought back a clearance from the Bengals at 29 yards to give the Chiefs attack favorable position with 30 seconds remaining on the scoreboard. A penalty from Joseph Ossai at the defensive end also helped Butker complete a shorter kick.

Before the series that led to the Chiefs’ win, the Bengals had the ball and a golden opportunity to take the lead. However, Kansas City’s defense held its own, particularly with a key quarterback sack from Chris Jones in third. It was the second time he knocked down Joe Burrow in that game.

The Chiefs were never behind in that duel, but the Bengals found a way to come from behind and level the game twice.

Mahomes, still in visible pain from the ankle sprain he sustained last week, threw two touchdown passes. His targets in the paying zone were tight end Travis Kelce and wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling. The latter had a strong game with six catches for 116 yards. He also saw his workload increase when JuJu Smith-Schuster fell in battle.

For the Bengals, Burrow completed 26 of 41 passes he attempted for 270 yards and a major. He was also the victim of two thefts. Cincinnati’s formation was damaged by scooping nine penalties for 71 yards.

The Chiefs will face the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII, which will be played on February 12 at University of Phoenix Stadium. The Kansas City organization triumphed in Super Bowl LIV (2019) but lost the flag in the next (2020).

Which foreign teams have copied the name of Peruvian clubs

Which foreign teams have “copied” the name of Peruvian clubs?

Some international clubs have a more than strange naming resemblance to traditional League 1 teams. One of them even used almost the same shield.

A common practice when naming new teams is to refer to major international clubs to name the newly formed team. Whether to try to garner a little of the prestige of these important sporting institutions, as a cabal, or simply as a tribute, there are emblematic cases such as River Plate, Liverpool, Arsenal of England, FC Barcelona, among others who have their “cousins” in South America or neighboring countries.

Peruvian football has not forgotten this custom (Racing Club de Huamachuco, Atlético Minero and Sport Rosario, to name a few), but it has also seen abroad, whether accidentally or intentionally, some denominations of its representatives that are better known locally . Traditional teams like Alianza Lima, Universitario, Deportivo Municipal and Sport Boys are the most famous examples of this surprising situation.

The “University” of Bolivia

University of Sucre, also known simply as “U”, is one of their city’s most important teams and one with strong popular roots in the Highlands, where they were twice national champions. Its resemblance to the Peruvian occupation is only in name, as opposed to that University of Vintoa team from the Cochabamba region who had to modify their shield because it was too similar to that of Creme Squad, as well as their old jersey.

Alianza Lima and a “subsidiary” in El Salvador

El Salvador Football Club Alliance It is the second-highest winning team in the era of professional football in the Central American country. Although neither their clothing nor their logo resemble those of the intimate club, the official history of the pachyderms records the blue and white influence, in addition to the fact that the name “Alianza” is common in several countries on the continent.

In the 1960s, Peruvian Axel Hochkoeppler, a major businessman based in Salvadoran countries, changed the name of what was then Atlético Constancia to Alianza Continental, partly inspired by his support for the Victorians and by the Hotel El Salvador Continental of which he was manager. Later, Alianza FC received its current name.

The municipal sports school?

While it cannot be certain that city councils were the example they have taken in other countries to name their teams this way, it is true that they are the ones who have been part of the “Municipal Sports” name the longest have retained their official name.

Muni’s “brothers” on the continent are those Municipal social and sports club (Guatemala), Canar Municipal Sports Club (Ecuador), Municipal Sports Club of La Paz (Bolivia), Deportivo Municipal Santiago (Chile, extinct) and Club Deportivo Municipal CM (Colombia, extinct). Outstanding of all is (besides the representative from Lima) the Guatemalan line-up, which with 31 national titles is one of the greats of his country.

Sport Boys and a neighbor from the south

Besides the Universitario, Bolivia also has its own Sport Boys, although in their case it is theirs Sport Boys Warnes, a team from the city of Santa Cruz with a brief history in their country’s premier league. Aside from the name, it does not resemble the Missilera in either its shield or colors, as its shirt is blue instead of pink.

Sport Boys Warnes only shares a name with the Callao team. Photo: Composition LR/Latte!

Stunning seven bedroom California home designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright for sale for $4.25 million

One of Frank Lloyd Wright’s exquisitely designed homes is now on the market in California and can be yours for $4.25 million.

Recently designated a seven bedroom, six bathroom home in California’s Central Valley, the Fawcett House is perfect for those who enjoy indoor/outdoor living.

“We no longer have an outside and an inside as two separate things. Now the outside can come in, and the inside can and will go outside,” the famed architect said of the home, according to the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy.

The home, located 120 miles southeast of San Francisco, is one of many designed by the architect, whose designs have been praised for their open and light concepts.

Other properties designed by Wright have sold for as little as $725,000, with a property currently listed for $7.95 million.

Los Banos home sits on 76 acres in the Central Valley and received the 2019 California Preservation Design Award for Restoration.

However, it almost didn’t come to fruition.

After the property’s owner, Buck Fawcett, proposed the site to Wright, the architect said he didn’t want to do it: “Not much beauty there.”

“In fact, Mr. Wright, the Central Valley of California contains some of the most fertile farmland in the world, and you should consider it an honor to build a home there,” Fawcett replied.

Wright’s interest was piqued, and it eventually became one of the few open-site homes the architect designed during his lifetime.

The stunning home is also considered one of the finest examples of Wright’s signature “Usonian” home.

The term refers to about sixty middle-income homes designed by Wright.

Usonian homes are typically smaller, often single-story buildings with no garage.

They are usually L-shaped to fit around a garden patio and rely on solar heating and natural cooling, meaning more windows and doors.

“A strong visual connection between the interior and exterior spaces is an important feature of all Usonian homes,” states the California Preservation Foundation.

That was the intention, according to the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy.

“They belong to each other. Form and function thus become one in design and execution when the nature of the materials and the method and purpose are in harmony,” said Wright.

Photos of the property shared this week by Zillow Gone Wild, a social media site that highlights interesting and sometimes hilarious deals.

The images clearly show the abundance of natural light that the home sees through the multitude of windows.

The house has large open spaces and long narrow ones, all surrounded by light.

The 1955 construction caught the attention of a few social media users, who were drawn to the beauty of the house as well as the sheer number of windows.

“So if I buy this house, do I have to stop throwing stones?” one person joked.

“I love everything about it but someone else needs to clean all those windows and glass doors!” commented one.

Arguably the most famous private creation, Fallingwater, outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was once named “the finest work of American architecture of all time” by the American Institute of Architects.

The home was built in the 1930’s for the Kaufman family, who owned the largest department store in Pittsburgh.

The house is stunningly situated on top of a living waterfall in a wooded area.

Millions have visited the house since it opened to the public almost 60 years ago.
