The Oasis star and his wife have announced their split. They met in 2000 and married in 2011.
Noel Gallagher and his wife Sara MacDonald, 51, have just announced their divorce after 22 years together. The 55-year-old ex-Oasis singer has already left the Hampshire mansion, according to The Sun. He would now have settled in north London. A spokesman for the couple confirmed the news, saying their two children, Donovan, 15, and Sonny, 12, “remain their priority.”
According to a relative, “despite the sadness of this breakup, the two strive to act civilized.”

Liam wasn’t invited to her wedding
Noël and Sara Gallagher have known each other since 2000 but only married in 2011 at a ceremony to which the musician’s brother Liam was not invited. Sara and Liam’s relationships are notoriously despicable and The Sun recalls she was partially blamed for the Oasis explosion in 2009. Plus, the tabloid adds, she would have always opposed a reconciliation between the two brothers. A betrayal that is undoubtedly unfair, as Noel and Liam have proven time and time again that they don’t need someone heartily hating each other.
