The club have secured TJ Hockenson from the Detroit Lions. The Vikings gave up a second-round pick in 2023 and a third-round pick in 2024. A fourth-round pick for 2023 and a conditional pick the following year went to Minnesota.

The 25-year-old footballer is considered by many to be among the top 10 players to play at his position at Goodell Circuit. He also has a contract that runs until the conclusion of the 2023 season.

In seven games this season, Hockenson caught 26 passes for 395 yards and three touchdowns.

The Vikings (6-1) dominate the North section of the National Conference while the Lions (1-6) are fourth and bottom in the same division.

Help for Justin Fields

The Chicago Bears have secured wide receiver Chase Claypool from Pittsburgh Steelers.

In return, the Pennsylvania squad got a second-round pick.

The Bears (3-5) needed guns to help their quarterback Justin Fields. The Canadian receiver is in his third season in the NFL and has collected more than 800 yards in his first two rounds at the prestigious circuit.

He had 32 catches for 311 yards and a major in eight games that season. Claypool also threw a touchdown pass in his last game for the Steelers (2-6) last Sunday.

Dolphins give the first choice

For their part, the Miami Dolphins sent a first draft pick to the Denver Broncos in 2023 in exchange for defenseman Bradley Chubb and a fifth-round pick in 2025.

The pick given to the Colorado formation is that of the San Francisco 49ers, which the Florida-based club received in a 2021 transaction.

At 26, Chubb could become a free agent by the end of this campaign. The Quarterback Hunter has 26 tackles and 5.5 sacks in eight games in 2022.

North Carolina State University’s product fills an important need in defense for the Dolphins (5-3), ranked 23rd in sacks in the league.

A player banned from the “Jags”.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have acquired Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley, who is suspended for the entire current season.

The 27-year-old athlete received this sanction for betting $1,500 on an NFL game.

The “Jags” paid second-round (2024) and third-round picks (2023) for the man, who had 28 touchdowns in 49 career games.
