Ex-NFL running back Frank Gore has been charged with minor assault after he “pulled a naked woman, 28, down an Atlantic City hotel corridor in July.”

Five-time Pro Bowl running back Frank Gore has been charged with minor assault after he allegedly dragged a naked 28-year-old woman down an Atlantic City hotel corridor last month.
The alleged incident occurred late last month when officers were called to a dispute at the Tropicana Casino’s Havana Tower in Atlantic City. TMZ has since obtained court documents alleging that Gore “forcefully” grabbed the woman’s hair before “forcefully dragging her naked person across the floor of the 59th floor.”
“At 8:11 a.m. on July 31, 2022, patrol units were dispatched to Tropicana Atlantic City to report a domestic violence dispute,” the Atlantic City Police Department said in a statement.
“Officials arrived to locate the victim, a 28-year-old woman from Miami, Fla., who spoke to hotel security.
“The victim showed no signs of injury and no charges were filed at this time.

“However, a subsequent investigation resulted in Franklin Gore being charged with simple assault in connection with the domestic violence incident.
“Gore has been issued a subpoena awaiting a future court date.”
The 39-year-old played 16 seasons in the NFL, playing most of his career for the San Francisco 49ers.
Gore has also played for the Indianapolis Colts, Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills and New York Jets
Gore made history with 241 in 2020 for most running back appearances and recorded 16,000 rushing yards in a career that also included the Indianapolis Colts, Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills and New York Jets.
He retired from the sport in June after a one-day contract with the 49ers and moved into the world of boxing.
Gore faced former NBA player Deron Williams in an exhibition match on Jake Paul’s undercard against Tyron Woodley in December last year.
The NFL man was beaten by a split decision at Amalie Arena in Tampa.
However, Gore was victorious in his first professional fight in May, beating Yaya Olorunsola with a brutal knockout in the fourth round.
In February 2014, former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice and his then-fiancée (now wife) were arrested after an altercation at an Atlantic City casino.
Gore retired from football in June and crossed over into the world of boxing, where he has fought twice so far
