A Politico/Morning Consult poll shows that 50 percent of the 1,955 registered voters polled oppose repealing the case that gave women the constitutional right to abortion.

According to the poll, 28 percent of respondents believe Roe v. Wade should be tipped while a massive 22 percent voting bloc says they are undecided on the matter.

Surprisingly, only 51 percent of Republicans want the 50-year-old case overturned.

Another 28 percent of Republicans don’t want Roe v. Wade will be overthrown, and 21 percent are undecided on the matter.

Unsurprisingly, Democrats are more in favor of keeping the law making abortion legal nationwide. 68 percent do not want it to be lifted.

Only 14 percent of Democrats want to end the law and 18 percent are undecided.

Registered as independent voters, 52 percent are against a coup and 20 percent are in favour, with 28 percent unsure.

The poll came a day after Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion overthrowing Roe v. Wade performed. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 2 percentage points, but the pollsters said there are other errors that could be linked to a poll conducted in such a short time.

Republicans immediately called for the leaker to be brought to justice from Monday night into Tuesday morning, as pundits warned of the impact a High Court leak could have on future trials.

A Twitter account and blog that has followed the Supreme Court’s actions since 2002 noted Tuesday, “It’s impossible to overstate the earthquake this will cause in the court in terms of destroying trust between judges and staff.” . This leak is the gravest, most unforgivable sin.’

Abortion activists ruled in the Supreme Court on Monday night and will remain there until Wednesday to protest the upcoming decision.

The Supreme Court has a Conservative bias of 6-3, thanks to former President Joe Biden, who replaced the late Liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg with Conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett in the final months of his presidency.

Chief Justice John Roberts – one of the Conservatives on the bench – will seek a complete overthrow of Roe v. Don’t support Wade and vote with the Liberals. But the Conservatives still have the votes to end the decades-old abortion ruling 5-4.

Fox News also released a poll Tuesday, ahead of Politico’s, that shows 63 percent of voters want Roe v. Wade is running.

The same poll showed that 54 percent of voters say they would support a Mississippi case that would ban abortion at 15 weeks of pregnancy in their own state, giving Roberts support over a total ban.

Although the repeal of Roe v. Even if federal protections for abortion were to end, states could still enact laws allowing or restricting abortion as they see fit.

Many lawmakers advocate this because it would give states more power to reflect the views of their constituents.
