Fans have expressed concern after singing legend Nelly was spotted with her eyes rolling back and excessive blinking during a performance in Melbourne on Wednesday.

The Hot in Herre hitmaker, 48, took the stage at Juicy Fest to perform Over And Over, his eyes constantly rolling in the back of his head.

Wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt and a huge diamond necklace, the star rapped his 2004 hit before rolling his eyes and waving his hands in the air.

Clips of the performance were quickly posted online by fans, with some saying he struggled under the bright lights.

Others said the rapper should have considered canceling the gig.

“Someone offstage signals him to check he’s alright but he blames the lights,” one person wrote.

“It was hard to watch. His people should have canceled this show,” said another.

“I think he’s malfunctioning,” added one fan.

“Is Nelly possessed? Did the Illuminati get him?’ joked another fan. ‘Looks like a satanic ritual fuck there with those eyes rolling badly.’
