The Canadians’ second-round pick in the last draft, Lane Hutson, and two other CH prospects, Luke Tuch and Blake Biondi, were dropped from the US U20 squad on Sunday evening.

There will therefore be no American representative for the Habs at the World Junior Championships, which begins on Tuesday, August 9th in Edmonton.
Tuch and Biondi were selected by the Bleu-Blanc-Rouge in the 2020 National League Draft. The two young men of 20 were selected in the second and fourth rounds of this amateur auction respectively.
