A former Miss Argentina and a former Miss Puerto Rico surprised their followers by announcing their wedding on Instagram. After almost two years of secret dating, Mariana Varela and Fabiola Valentín revealed their relationship. The pair met in Thailand in March last year while attending Miss Grand International 2020 (which was postponed due to the pandemic). At that time they were among the ten finalists.
Since then, the two have posted pictures of their “beautiful friendship,” even going so far as to capture Mariana’s first trip to Puerto Rico. What his followers didn’t know, however, is that the duo was in a secret relationship.
“After we decided to keep our relationship private, we opened the doors to them on a special day,” they wrote in an Instagram post.
