Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino may have found fame as the popular star of the rowdy, fun-loving MTV series “Jersey Shore.”
But nowadays Sorrentino is living his “dream” as a family man.
Speaking exclusively to , Mike, 40, said his wife Lauren Sorrentino would give birth to their first daughter “any day”.

“It happens like every minute, no joke. We’re scheduled for the 24th, that would be a full term. But the doctor said it could happen any day so we are on high alert to meet our little girl and situation group of four! Mike told .
The couple, who already share 20-month-old son Romeo, do not plan to reveal their daughter’s name until she is born, but Mike says it will be “definitely” Italian.
“We have a few names, but we’ll probably announce them on the day of.” It will definitely be Italian!’ he said.
Unlike his early days filming Jersey Shore, Mike now juggles parenting with films.

While Mike admitted it’s “not easy” to do both, he said he’s currently living his “dream” of having a family.
“It’s not easy, but like most parents, I’m sure you’ll make it up to me over time. And having a family for me was what I always wanted. I feel like I’m living my dream and I have my little boy, Romeo, who is now 20 months old.
“So I really cherish these moments that I have with family and at the same time I’m so grateful to be living my dream and entertaining millions on MTV and on TV across the country and around the world!”
The upcoming season sees the cast touring across the country, and Mike cited Los Angeles as a highlight of their tour.

“It was really fun visiting LA. We shot in LA and we had never done that in the past. It’s been a long time now, we’re talking almost 15 years of shooting, we’ve never really shot much out there in LA, it was really fun shooting out there. We visited Vinny at Dancing With The Stars and supported our brother and stuff.
The cast also visited Louisiana, where Mike teased that “definitely a lot happened.”
“A lot definitely happened in Louisiana when we were there. Ironically, there’s a lot happening with this crew this particular season, so it’s the gift that keeps on giving!

While Sorrentino couldn’t share much about the upcoming season, he did promise viewers they were in for an “unpredictable” season.
“I don’t know if I can tease out some drama, but there’s definitely some drama! If you put these guys in a room for more than a minute, something will happen,” he said.
“Definitely there’s a lot happening, it’s a very unpredictable season … but if you’re probably watching from the start of the season it’s fun and there’s a lot of funny moments that remind you of Jersey Shore seasons past but eventually sure enough , you get to the drama as the season progresses.

One cast member whose presence remains in limbo this season is longtime star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, who has been embroiled in controversy.
While Sorrentino was unsure if Ronnie would appear on the show, he had a “feeling” his old friend would show up.
“I don’t know if Ronnie is coming! You don’t tell me everything, but I have a feeling that Ron Ron might be visiting us soon, but I don’t know how much I can reveal.
“But I have a feeling it’s possible we’ll see more of him in the future, but I don’t know. It’s kind of a TBD with him.’
