Police have confirmed they are investigating the breathtaking confrontation between Michael Clarke and his girlfriend Jade Yarbrough, which saw the shirtless ex-Australian cricket captain beaten during a blazing row.
Extraordinary footage emerged on Wednesday of a heated argument between the couple at a public park in Noosa, where Jade accused Clarke, 41, of sleeping with his ex Edwards behind her back on December 17.
“Queensland Police are investigating an incident between a 30-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man pictured at Lions Park on Gympie Terrace in Noosaville earlier this month,” police said.
“As this matter is under investigation on January 10, 2023, the Queensland Police Service is unable to comment further.”
It has since been revealed that Pip Edwards had posted a cheeky selfie on the same day Yarbrough accused Clarke of cheating on her with PE Nation’s designer.
Edwards, 42, shared a steamy mirror selfie as she headed to a wild party with her friends.

In the photo, the fashion entrepreneur wore jeans with a matching jacket and a black top with large rhinestones, all from Area NYC.
Decked out in stacked rings and bracelets, Edwards held her phone in front of her face while a thick chain dangled from the case.
“Denim and Diamonds,” the Dec. 17 post was captioned, referring to a denim-themed party she attended at The Establishment in Sydney’s CBD.
She has since turned off the comments for the photo.
On Wednesday night, dramatic footage made available to the Daily Telegraph showed a shirtless Clarke being yelled at and punched by his furious girlfriend Jade while others in the group, including Karl Stefanovic and famed accountant Anthony Bell, attempted to quell the commotion to defuse.
Clarke was on vacation in Noosa on January 10 when he had a heated argument with Jade when her sister Jasmine and brother-in-law Stefanovic tried to intervene.
The melee was over Clarke’s ex-Edwards, with Jade accusing the former Australia cricket captain of cheating on her.

A now-viral video shows Yarbrough accusing Clarke of sleeping with Edwards on December 17 and texting her that she is the “love of his life”.
The video begins with Yarbrough yelling at Clarke before slapping him in the face and pushing him away after the cricketer insists he hasn’t cheated on her.
‘Am I wrong? I’m damn wrong! You are a fucking liar. i can see everything You called her,” she yells, apparently referring to messages between Clarke and Edwards.
Clarke then tries to reassure Yarbrough that he didn’t leak with Edwards on December 17, saying he was with Bell that night.
“Baby, you’re wrong, you’re wrong,” Clarke insists. ‘Baby, baby, Belly was in the house. I swear on my life, I swear on my life… That’s not true, that’s not true.’
He then swore on the life of his daughter Kelsey Lee that he hadn’t cheated on her.
But Yarbrough refuses to believe Clarke’s desperate protests, claiming she spoke to Pip.

Clarke again denies sleeping with Edwards and replies, “No, I didn’t. you can hit me That’s not true, that’s not true.’
He appeared to have injured his hamstring in the melee after being knocked to the ground by Yarbrough when he was seen limping through the public park.
Stefanovic’s wife Jasmine finally intervenes, grabs her desperate sister’s arm and drags her away.

As she is led away, Jade is heard crying as she turns to Clarke and howls, “I f**king hate you.”

Clarke then attempts to follow Jade before unleashing a wave of anger at Stefanovic, seemingly for walking away with the two sisters.
“Karlos, I can tell you now, c**t, don’t the fuck go away. She can, she can hit me, but you, you shit,” says Clarke.
This comment sparks anger in Jade, who defends her brother-in-law before repeatedly punching Clarke in the face.
“You piece of shit, don’t fucking talk to him,” she yells.
Stefanovic and Bell tell the couple to stop, which falls on deaf ears.
“Go hit me, hit me… do it again, you’re wrong, you’re bloody wrong,” Clarke tells his girlfriend.
Pip Edwards, 42, was unaware of the drama when she returned to her home in the eastern suburbs late Wednesday night. “It’s not my circus. Once again, Michael in his true nature has not taken responsibility for his actions and I have been openly lied to,” she told Chron Australia
Yarbrough yells, “Oh, am I wrong? You fucked her on December 17th, you fucked her…you’re a fucking dog…I’ll show her every fucking message you’ve ever fucking sent me.
She is referring to a text she claims to have seen on Clarke’s phone, inviting Edwards to come to India with him.
“Oh yeah, ‘You’re the love of my life, Pip, come to India,'” Yarbrough says, to which Clark replies, “Don’t ever talk to me again.”
The two-minute clip ends with Jasmine and Bell breaking up the feuding couple.
“Stop it, Jade, stop it,” Jasmine pleads. Bell adds, “Let it go, Jade.”
The ugly altercation happened in front of young children nearby, according to stunned witnesses.
A remorseful Clarke has since accepted full responsibility for what happened.

“I am absolutely disappointed that I have brought into this position people I value most in this position. My actions leading up to this altercation were nothing short of shameful and regrettable,” he told The Daily Telegraph on Wednesday.
“I’m devastated that my actions have drawn women of class and integrity and my buddies into this situation.”

Meanwhile, Edwards had none of the drama as she returned to her home in the eastern suburbs late Wednesday night after attending Elton John’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road concert at Allianz Stadium in Moore Park.

The former Australia Test cricket captain was married to ex-model Kyly, 40, from 2012 to 2019, but the couple only announced their split in February 2020.
The Clarkes had kept their split a secret for several months before releasing a statement on Instagram saying their daughter was their priority.
In a statement at the time, the couple said the “amicable” decision to separate was “the best way forward” for their daughter.
