MEGHAN MCCAIN: How DARE Biden bad people vote red! He becomes a WWE hype man for the left

Which would be more appalling: if President Joe Biden believed what he said to the nation last night, or if he just said it to win an election?

No matter – either way, it’s a gut punch.

This is another sad morning for President Biden. It’s a miserable morning for America just five days before the vote.

We witnessed another rambling monologue that branded half the country as evil and dangerous. I got angrier and more frustrated the more he talked.

I asked myself once again: where is the man who promised to heal the soul of America and bring us together?

This man is long gone… and in his place is a leftist WWE hype man and nothing else.

“Autocracy is the opposite of democracy,” Biden read in his prepared speech at DC’s Union Station last night. “It means the rule of one, one person, one interest, one ideology, one party… What we do now will determine whether democracy will last.”

let me get this straight A vote for Republicans is a vote to end democracy.

The launch pad for this mind-numbing, divisive and depressing speech was, predictably, the horrific attack on Paul Pelosi, husband of Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

A drug addict, homeless, illegal immigrant obsessed with far-right fringe ideas broke into Mr Pelosis’ home looking for his wife. In the end, he hit the 82-year-old in the skull with a hammer.

Which would be more appalling: if President Joe Biden believed what he said to the nation last night, or if he just said it to win an election?

It’s mean. Disgusting. Inconceivably. And it should not be reduced to a political topic of conversation. But it was.

President Biden laid America’s very real problem of rising political violence at the feet of his political opponents in a simple, unimaginable line.

“The attacker entered the house and asked, ‘Where’s Nancy? Where’s Nancy?’ Those are the exact same words used by the Mafia when they stormed the United States Capitol on January 6th.’

And with that clean transition tying Republicans to that sickening attack, he was headed to the races.

You see – the Republican Party is the root of all evil. So choose blue.

But Biden chose to completely ignore the fact that Democrats are as much to blame for America’s political violence as Republicans.

Political violence is not a partisan problem, it’s an American problem.

But instead of lowering the temperature five days ahead of an already tense midterm election, he’s raising it.

If he really wanted to deal with political violence, the White House would have spoken out against illegal protests outside the homes of conservative Supreme Court justices this spring after a leaked plan was unveiled to have Roe v. to fall Wade.

He might have condemned the violent and disturbing rhetoric that led another mentally ill man to show up outside Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s home with a gun, knife, pepper spray and burglary tools.

If Biden were seriously concerned about political violence, he would have condemned the Democrats, who hailed the near-fatal attack on Senator Rand Paul by an insane neighbor.

He also failed to mention that Republican Congressman Steve Scalise was shot dead by a Bernie Sanders supporter at a congressional baseball team practice session, or that an angry liberal ran over and killed a North Dakota teenager for being part of a “Republican extremist group.”

Biden also apparently didn’t care that Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters encouraged her supporters to publicly harass Trump officials, saying, “If you see anyone in this cabinet at a restaurant, department store, or gas station, get out.” and they create a crowd and you push them back and tell them they’re not welcome anywhere anymore.

And perhaps Biden would have criticized himself for delivering one of the most bizarre and disturbing presidential speeches in history in Philadelphia and for declaring “MAGA extremists” a threat to America.

Last night was another déjà vu.

He didn’t talk about those things, but obviously this speech wasn’t about solving the problem of political violence in America.

It was about exploiting it.

Again, that speech wasn’t about helping America, it was about helping the Democrats win an election. After all, the sick irony of this speech did not escape me and many others.

Biden chose Washington DC’s Union Station as his venue, and for those unfamiliar with the location, it stood as a proud symbol in the Capitol until a few years ago.

A glittering, beautiful architectural landmark, just opposite the Congress Halls.

It was once bustling with restaurants, shops, and cafes, packed with commuters, tourists, and pre-government businesspeople flocking in and out on trains from New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, and the like.

As a kid, my father used to take me to B. Smith’s for lunch. It has since closed along with every other notable restaurant and shop in town.

Now overrun with homeless people, Union Station is so dangerous that Starbucks is shutting down citing “incidents related to chronic homelessness.” [the] mental health crisis, with substance abuse and increasing social and economic upheaval…”

Union Station has become a sad symbol of what bad politics has done to America’s big cities. The crumbling social fabric of the nation. I think it was a fitting setting for President Biden.

It’s the eleventh hour for Democrats, who every respected pollster expects will have a bad night on Tuesday, and they’re panicking.

Perhaps Biden would have criticized himself for delivering one of the most bizarre and disturbing presidential speeches in history in Philadelphia and for declaring “MAGA extremists” a threat to America.

Biden “didn’t feel our pain” like Bill Clinton did when the economy was in trouble.

He did not promise “hope and change” like his predecessor, President Obama.

Instead, it was said, there is evil in this country, and that evil is voting red.

But Clinton and Obama have also turned around. Bill Clinton told a rally crowd Wednesday that Republicans just wanted to make Americans feel “very miserable” and “very angry.”

Pot meets kettle.

“More people are going to get hurt,” Obama said in Nevada while accusing Republicans of fomenting violence.

They are so desperate to find a message that resonates with their base. But I assure you, that’s not the way to run a country.

It seems that neither Biden nor anyone in his administration cares about his legacy.

That’s not just the closing message from the Democrats. It is Biden’s closing message. And it’s a dark one.
