Meghan King shared more before and after photos documenting her new boobs and “pinched” nose after going under the knife last year.
The 38-year-old RHOC vet said she had undergone numerous procedures as she posted snaps of her “enhanced” bikini body.
In her lengthy post, Meghan, who has been posting the results of her surgeries for some time, described how she feels more confident after undergoing breast implant replacement, a “minor” nose job and sculptra on her face.

In a lengthy caption, Meghan detailed her decision to open up about her recent surgeries as part of the ongoing “message of authenticity” she hopes to deliver to fans.
“I think it’s easier to stay true to my #filterfree2023 commitment when I recently did some surgical and non-surgical ‘filter’ adjustments @cosmeticare_ with Dr. Niccole,” Meghan began in the post.
“I’ve always been open about any improvements I’ve had (this time I wanted the fullness back in my breasts and a little cleavage, and since I was under anesthesia I decided to pinch the tip of my nose for a little adjustment. )
She also revealed how her insecurities about the size of her breasts led her to finally adjust them.

“My chest is so big that I always felt masculine on the outside, but I felt so feminine on the inside, so I decided to do this thing called ‘cosmetic enhancement’.
“I wonder if that resonates with the message of authenticity I always want to send, and my answer is yes, I think it does. Because living authentically doesn’t have to make sense to others, my opinion is allowed to change and I am allowed to change.
“I like to be confident, but I’m my biggest critic. I’d love to look at my body and say, ‘Wow, you’re beautiful just the way you are,’ and now with the help of a breast implant replacement, a tiny rhino and some Sculptra to keep my face plump, ‘I do.’

Meghan marveled at her post-baby body, in awe that it produced three children.
“Besides, look at that body! Can you believe it gave birth to 3 kids and gained 70 pounds? Look at that hernia! I deserve it! diastasis! Should we compare birth stories?!——- It’s not about judging each other for supposed inconsistencies, but about celebrating their authenticity for ourselves. YOU. ME. We’re our OWN bosses, we run our OWN shows and we report OUR OWN.’

After her divorce from Edmonds, she remarried and tied the knot in 2021 with Cuffe Biden Owens, nephew of President Joe Biden. The couple married in Pennsylvania at a wedding attended by the President and his wife, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, attended .

But just a few months later, Meghan announced that their relationship was over.
The post comes as Meghan’s ex Jim Edmonds slammed Meghan during an interview with his new wife Kortnie O’Conner on the Hollywood Raw podcast with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn.
Kortnie claimed Jim and Meghan were initially able to swap their children as part of their co-parenting agreement, but have now relied on a nanny to handle the handover.
“Initially we could see each other and swap kids and stuff, but now it’s gotten to the point that we have a nanny that does that and I think that’s better.”

Jim also addressed the two protection orders Meghan filed against him last year before ultimately dismissing them.
Jim hinted that the whole thing was just a PR stunt as he detailed the matter.
“This happened just before we got married so it was like perfect timing and just before we got married she had, you know, it came out and I was like can you send me a copy of it? I want to see it. And I’m like, wanna see what? Because you have to say something to get one,” Kortnie said.
“Because the protective order is afraid,” Jim began.
“Your life,” Kortnie added. “And the date was three months ago. And I think, so your life is in danger. But that was three months ago. It was filed or something, she had it written down. It was never served to us. Nobody came here. Three months later. We had the kids, we saw her, she was in the house.”

“It really never got submitted, but it obviously made it into the media,” Jim said.
Kortnie said she asked to see a copy of the filing after learning a media outlet would be covering it.
“Let me see before they do this, it’s not real. Like serving someone,’ she said.
‘So when my lawyer got his hands on the paperwork, they said it was basically in a child’s handwriting. Like she filled out the whole thing herself and sent it to the police station. So who, God knows what’s going on,’ Jim said.

“It’s really funny, she said that earlier,” he said, referring to Kortnie. “The wedding is getting closer, what will she do to try and trump our wedding?” And it kind of showed,” Jim said.
He also once again denied allegations of cheating on Meghan with her nanny, Carly.
Edmonds also insisted he didn’t marry Kortnie on Meghan’s birthday.
“It was on the 25th, by the way,” Edmonds said of their September 2022 wedding. “I don’t know if the truth came out [King’s] mouth since she and I have been together. Well, I can give you a whole list, and if not every three years just outright lies.’
