He has spent almost two years redesigning his “dream home” in Essex with his wife Michelle Keegan.

Earlier, the presenter explained that they have to remove their shoes in the pad and shared that he also wants his guests to feel at home when they visit.

The former TOWIE star explained to The Sun that he wants guests to feel at home without asking for anything.

He shared, “My only rule with people is when you come into my house, I want you to feel like it’s your own. Don’t ask, just go to the closet, grab what you want and make yourself at home.”

But there could be one more rule, as he admitted on Instagram last month that the home will be a “no shoe zone.”

But with some details yet to be added, the pad isn’t quite finished, with Mark admitting to The Sun the process has been “stressful”.

“When it’s done I’ll definitely be in a better place because it’s getting to the point now where… it’s been stressful.

“If you are building your home for yourself and you want it to be a dream, you don’t want to make mistakes. You probably won’t do that again. So it was a little bit stressful, but I also loved the whole trip, but when I’m done with that, I’ll definitely have more time, that’s for sure,” he concluded.
