Mark Ruffalo Asks For Prayers For Jeremy Renner After Heavy Snow Accident

Mark Ruffalo, 55, asked for prayers for his friend Jeremy Renner, 51, who suffered a serious accident when he was caught in a snowplow at home. The actors are costars from films in the Marvel Universe. While Ruffalo plays the Hulk, Renner plays Hawkeye.

“Prayers for our brother Jeremy Renner for a full and speedy recovery. Please send him good cheer,” the Hollywood star wrote when sharing an Entertainment Tonight release that covered the actor’s accident on Instagram.

At Marvel, the two worked on productions such as Avengers (2012), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) and Avengers: Endgame (2019).

According to more recent information, Renner has had two operations since the serious accident.

The information was released by American broadcaster CNN, which quoted a source close to the actor. According to the broadcaster, Gavião Arqueiro’s interpreter is still in the hospital in the Intensive Care Unit.

The accident happened on Sunday morning (1) at the actor’s estate in the city of Reno, United States. Jeremy Renner’s health is “critical but stable,” according to officials.

A witness told TMZ that a snowplow ran over the actor’s leg, which also sustained trauma to his chest. The accident left a lot of blood at the scene, effectively a “crime scene”. Another neighbor, who is a doctor, reportedly managed to put a tourniquet on his leg before paramedics arrived.
