Striking a series of playful poses, the star encouraged her followers to avoid dumping themselves ahead of Valentine’s Day if they’re single.
She wrote: “LADIES… It’s self love season – I want you all to know we can buy our own flowers!
“It’s so cliche about Valentine’s Day approaching and being single and feeling sad – but empower yourself and realize how far you’ve come and made it on your own! Choose yourself’.
Malin recently opened up about embarking on a new fitness regime and was surprised some of her followers weren’t happy about it.

The beauty shared a lengthy post, hitting back at trolls who criticized her for shedding weight after opting for a “healthier lifestyle”.
She wrote: “Let me note that losing weight has come with making a healthier lifestyle choice for over a year.
“Well, I’ve always been a stickler for body positivity and that means embracing every part of you. No matter what size.
“But what I don’t like to see is people judging me for getting involved with my fitness and health… and saying I’ve lost weight and they don’t like it.”

Meanwhile, Malin revealed she had a stitch pulled from her breast five years after undergoing a breast lift in Turkey.
In her Instagram Story on Wednesday, the star admitted she was a little scared and asked if the procedure was done correctly.
The TV personality told her followers she needed to “push the wiry thread back in” and urged people to reconsider their surgical choices.

Malin explained: “Well, I’m a bit scared, I went into the shower and I looked at my right breast and I was like, ‘Oh there’s a hair’.
“I pulled it and it was a little bit thicker and wirier and I pulled it and it friggin’ stitched up from the breast lift I had five years ago.
“I kept pulling on it and it came out longer, so I had to push it back in. This is not right? sewing from five years ago.’
She captioned the video: “Therefore you shouldn’t have surgery in Turkey just because you were trolled over your boobs.”
