Malin explained: “Well, I’m a little scared, I went into the shower and I looked at my right breast and I was like, ‘Oh, there’s a hair.’

“I pulled it and it was a little bit thicker and wirier and I pulled it and it friggin’ stitched up from the breast lift I had five years ago.

“I kept pulling on it and it came out longer, so I had to push it back in. This is not right? sewing from five years ago.’

“Jared was an absolute rescue and one of the main reasons we broke up because it was getting to be too much for both of us and I needed to heal and get better spiritually.”

Malin continued, “My pregnancy with Xaya was bittersweet, but little did I know that something I thought would make me so happy… made me break down and fall apart.

“The 9 months of my pregnancy were mentally awful for me. I suffered from severe PTSD from losing baby Consy and very bad prenatal depression which then led to a postnatal period.

“Every day I woke up with my heart racing and I was afraid something was going to go wrong. A trauma from my past came to the surface with a deep, deep depression.’

She added: “Things I thought were resolved but I masked myself with alcohol and ‘fun’ and constant travel before I had them. Things that needed to be done, but I never did.

“One big thing that came to the surface was sexual abuse I suffered 6 years ago… something I kept inside of before my book came out.

“I’ve had counseling and therapy but nothing helped so I got Prozac while I was pregnant, it seemed to relieve some of my pain but I had suicidal thoughts so bad I didn’t want to live. I would write letters to Jared saying I didn’t want to be here anymore.’

Malin’s daughter Xaya was born via emergency C-section in January 2021, with surgeons using the same scar when she gave birth to her late daughter Consy.

In 2019, Consy died at just four weeks old after being born seven weeks premature.
