Maduro and Díaz Canel, the leaders with the lowest approval rating in Latin America

The Cuban Ruler Miguel Diaz-Canel has the second-lowest approval rating among Latin American leaders at 14%, surpassed only by Venezuelans Nicholas Madurowho received 5% reveals a survey international research company Ipsos.

The poll, conducted between July 14th and August 8th among 297 opinion leaders in Latin America, shows that the President of Uruguay, Luis Alberto Lacalle Pouhas the highest agreement with 74%, followed by the Chilean Gabriel Boricwith 49%.
