Singer and actress Lea Michele stood out for Thanksgiving on Thursday.

The 36-year-old Glee vet wore a bright red suit and black feathered hat from her Broadway show Funny Girl as she sang the hit Don’t Rain On My Parade.

In addition to the iconic balloons, the parade will also feature 28 floats, 12 marching bands, 700 clowns and several music stars who will make their way through the parade on Thanksgiving Day.

She said that being back on Broadway makes her happy.

“It’s so exciting to be a part of the Broadway community, for me to come back home, I love it so much,” she said.

“I started performing on Les Miserables when I was eight and now, many years later, being back on Broadway for my fifth show, starring as Fanny Brice in Funny Girl was a dream come true.”

As for juggling the show and being a mom to her two-year-old son Ever, she says she’s just doing her best.

“I’m finding out, I have the best husband, he’s wonderful, it helps. But it’s a challenge. My son knows I sing and I go to work,” she said.

The star was also costumed to perform the song “Don’t Rain on My Parade” with the Funny Girl cast.
