“The defendant began to insult the author’s honor, calling him ‘barren’, ‘withered bag’, ‘rotten sperm’, among other things,” reads the text, written by attorney Ângelo Carbone.

In the list of calls to action, the lawyer is asking for compensation of R$ 1 million for all the humiliation he has endured and is going through.
