Luana Piovani reveals pension and says Scooby wants custody of children

Luana Piovani starred in another chapter of the argument between her children and Pedro Scooby. The actress said via social media that she will face the surfer in a legal battle over her custody. The mother of Dom, 10, and twins Bem and Liz, 7, said Scooby contacted her to say he was reducing the amount he was paying in child support. She also stated that the athlete intends to hire a lawyer in Portugal to change the child custody conditions.

In the filing, Luana explained that Pedro refused to pay part of the rent on the house where his exwife lives with their children, in addition to nanny expenses. The surfer also lived in Portugal but moved to Rio de Janeiro with Cintia Dicker in November last year.

“Tomorrow, Pedro’s day to deposit 50% of the cost of our children, of course he’s been waiting for that moment to say he’s going to pay what he thinks is fair. He takes the rent from the upkeep, the person who cooks for his kids and the driver who takes Dom to skate,” Piovani said.

“Because I value education, which is not Pedro’s priority, we know that. He mispronounces our language, mispronounces English, he doesn’t read. He doesn’t prioritize that, he prioritizes enjoyment, even then I don’t think it’s wrong because we don’t know how long we’re going to live.” But prioritizing education was inherited from my father and mother when I was little was, and I still think I’m a good mom because I prioritize it! Pedro wanted to take Dom out of school because he thinks homeschooling is just putting the kid in front of the computer and the kid has class. He tried a few times, some multiple times and I’m talking to you about the situation as it will be, this lawyer wants to look for me here in Portugal,” continued Luana.

The actress also opened up about the time she lived with Scooby: “I’ve played Angry Life for a long time (even a dentist, you think!), I’ve played throughout the whole time I was married to him, paid our expenses with our kids (ah! he paid the house rent), now you think I’ll use his money for me?” she continued, who also mentioned the brands sponsoring the athlete. “What an example of fatherhood. See what you’ve got yourself into and it won’t stop there,” he said.

“I don’t need his money, but my children do! My children are entitled to the same standard of living that they have always had. You want me to move? To change schools? Because if you move you have to change schools and they want me to do that Will my three kids be by themselves and cook their food by themselves until I arrive or will my parents who are almost 70 now be the people who provide for my family while I work? Wait for a proposal from your marketing department. No further, thank you, the board,” he said.

Soon after, the former BBB took to Instagram Stories to briefly comment on the allegation. “My children are my priority and they will come before anything else. I am not for this online chatter and will continue to protect your privacy. Thanks,” he wrote.
