But Coco Lodge has revealed that while she finds the social media storm hilarious, ITV producers edited out emotional scenes of her at the time – failing to show how upset she really was.
The bombshell admitted she “cried so much” during the ordeal and accused the show of only showing cheeky scenes to portray her in a certain light.

Coco told The Sun: “When I was there I was really hurt and that’s the main thing that got cut from the show.”
“You see I’m this sassy little babe but I was so emotional in there. I cried so much I don’t know how they edited it all out.
The arrival of Casa Amor even admitted she didn’t think the storyline would make it onto the show, calling it “too crude” for Love Island.

Coco explained that the producers asked her to use nicer language like “intimate body kisses” after telling her fellow islanders “he sucked my tits and told me he wanted to ruin me”.
“So when I met with the executives and they said, ‘The sucking was iconic,’ I was like, ‘What?'” she continued with the publication.
“And then when I came out and saw all the memes, it was so funny. I love it!’

But, having previously spoken to Web, Coco shared that she regrets it: “I regret it because intimacy means a lot to me. It was only my first night so it was bad that I did that.
“We had a long talk and I really liked him. I should have waited for Tasha to come back to see what his reaction was because he choked me off right away so I just felt used. After doing what we did, I didn’t want to feel like this.
“Anybody can tell they were poorly edited, but watching it again I can see so many of the emotions I felt weren’t shown, which made me look disingenuous. I looked like a bad guy and an asshole,” she beamed.
