The make-up artist, 25, has been caught in a love triangle with the boys since Casey, 26, burst in as a bombshell and Ron, 25, admitted his head had been turned by newcomer Samie Elishi, 22.
But in a shocking turn of events, Tom decided to take Lana aside and offer her some kind advice.
Admitting he’d seen Ron be “slimy” and constantly flirting with Samie, he urged his fellow islander to choose Casey.
