First off, the Puerto Rican singer’s son chayanne, Lorenzo Figueroa reveals it’s the first time he’s been visiting Puerto Rico without his father in 25 years, so he’s feeling weird. For him it is an unusual novelty.
His arrival on the island this week responds for the official presentation of the clothing brand we are okay in Roma stores in Puerto Rico. Lorenzo developed his own clothing brand with the aim of breaking through in the fashion world. Today he made the presentation at the Roma store in San Patricio.
Lorenzo is not alone in Puerto Rico. Like his father who is always by his side, he has one of his brothers, Emanuel Figueroa Arce this time he accompanies his nephew.
From his uncle’s corner, he makes sure his nephew is spotless and takes care of every detail, just as he did throughout Chayanne’s career. And it is that the unity that develops between them also extends to the projects that each family member undertakes. A recent example is the musical release of Chayanne’s daughter, Isadora Figueroawho has received the unconditional support of his family.
Lorenzo emphasizes that although he was away on business, the first thing he did was to visit his grandfather in San Lorenzo and the rest of his relatives as this is and always will be a priority over anything else he is willing to do on the island.
The young man, who studied economics and finance in Florida, ventured into fashion in 2021 by realizing the idea born in 1996 2020 in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic among a group of friends who wanted to do a project together that would also be representative of them as Latinos.
In 2021, he and his friends acquired the fabrics and developed what they wanted with the Stamos Bien brand, which currently includes clothing items such as hats, coats, t-shirts and hoodies for both men and women.

I started studying business administration at university because I wanted to do something of my own. I can’t sing or dance well. it’s not for me This is from my sister (Isadora) and my father. When I sing alone, it’s in the shower. i don’t sing anything I wanted to do something of my own, I wanted to represent Latino culture and have it with a positive message and we, William and Luigi, who are my two best friends, decided to do the clothing line“, explains the young man, who is physically very similar to Chayanne.
From his father he admits that the support for the project was immediate, since childhood “he has been telling me to follow my dreams and I am very grateful to my family and for what they have done for me so that I can achieve them can do things.”
“Daddy always tells me when I do something, do it for me and be 100% passionate about it. My father’s support was always there. He, who has been an artist for 44 years, is knowledgeable about wardrobe, clothes and any advice he gives me. I know he’s always very good and I listen to what he tells me‘ he emphasizes about his mentor and role model.
Is the name Stamos Bien a nod to what we Puerto Ricans say, or does it also have something to do with the success of Bad Bunny, “We are bien”? asks El Nuevo Día.
“I really like Bad Bunny’s music and have been listening to it since 2017, but it’s more of a reference to how we Puerto Ricans express ourselves. When I’m with my father, my uncle and people ask and someone says ‘we’re fine, we’re calm and that’s positive’, explains Lorenzo in an interview from the Roma shop in San Patricio, where from today you can buy some can buy the collection pieces that he defines as a line for the “street”.
Lorenzo points out that since the line is launching so soon, it’s casual wear “to go to the movies and have fun with friends”. Stamos Bien’s next collection would include shorts and crop tops for girls.

For now, he says the brand’s adoption is phenomenal and that he wants to grow in the Latino market in Puerto Rico and elsewhere in America.
