The singer harshly warned the leader of the brothers of Italy via social media: “I do not call her honorable because she has nothing honorable”
Loredana Bertè speaks bluntly, as is her style, when addressing the leader of the Fratelli D’Italia, Giorgia Meloni: through a video posted to Instagram, the singer returned to the words of lifelong Senator Liliana Segre, who asked Meloni had to remove the flame from his party logo, sending a tangible sign of distancing himself from fascism. Request to which Giorgia Meloni had replied that the flame had “nothing to do with fascism”.
Loredana Bertè, who was not at all satisfied with these words, addressed Meloni with a sharp warning: “Mrs. Meloni, when a senator like Liliana Segre asks that the flame, which clearly evokes fascism and its consequences, be extinguished her logo is dropped, she just removes it without looking for improbable excuses for mirrors. you remove it, do you understand? – said the singer in the video -. Least of all does it seem to me the respect due to a woman who went through what she went through, as well as us citizens who are really fed up with it and the memory of those who are no longer there, who were there for this symbol killed. She must be ashamed. Shame on you, Ms. Meloni. I didn’t call her honorable on purpose because she has absolutely nothing honorable like most Italian politicians ».
