Truss to Downing Street rich tax cut Everyone benefits

Looking for a dog sitter in New York for $100,000 a year

Even $100,000 a year to walk other people’s dogs. It’s happening in New York, where the dog sitting job has become very profitable after the dog adoption boom during the Covid pandemic. On average, a half-hour walk in Manhattan costs a dog owner $14, down from $35, the New York Times reports. It’s a flexible-time job that university students often choose to supplement and pay for their studies and rent, even those now very expensive, or even actors, musicians, writers, students, and even retirees.

According to the nonprofit American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, more than 23 million American households have bought or adopted a pet during the pandemic.

Coming back to the office, after lockdown ends, someone needs to think about walking the so-called “pandemic puppies,” which isn’t surprising, so what used to be a job to raise extra bucks is now become full employment.
