China denies arms sales to Russia

China’s Foreign Ministry spokesman said Monday that, contrary to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s claim over the weekend, Beijing has no intention of supplying arms to Russia and indicated that Beijing is considering sending arms to Moscow.

“China’s comprehensive strategic cooperation partnership is based on non-alignment, non-confrontation and non-targeting to third parties, which constitute the sovereignty of two independent countries,” Beijing said Monday.

Joe Biden is expected in Poland on Tuesday

The US President is scheduled to fly to Poland tonight, where he will remain until Wednesday. According to the agenda of the American President, he has to take off at 7 p.m. Washington time (1 a.m. Paris time).
