LISTEN as Tennessee cop Meagan Hall squirms as she describes wild sex romps with co-workers

Tapes released today by can be heard cop-mad Maegan Hall confessing to dirty romps with cop friends.

The awkward exchanges between married Hall, her police chief and the human resources director for the town of La Vergne in rural Tennessee touch on everything from strip uno games to foot fetish photos and wife swapping sessions.

Sheepish Hall, 26, mumbles, stutters, lies — and then finally comes clean — over the course of three interviews spanning two hours, reflecting, “I’ve become stupid, I’m desperate I think, and boys are boys and they’ll stick it out you** in anything.’

Her confession leaves a shocked La Vergne Police Commissioner, Burrell “Chip” Davis, struggling for words – before dryly guessing at the young siren: “What are they saying? Don’t dip your pen in company ink.’

“I got stupid, I got desperate I guess, and boys are boys and they’ll stick their dicks in anything,” Hall can be heard saying

Hall was questioned three times after a whistleblower came forward in December to report that she had been “intimately involved” with male co-workers at boisterous parties, hotels and even police precincts.

In her first interview, she only admitted that K-9 officer Larry Holladay, who was suspended without pay, kept his job because he was honest with investigators.

“We’ve had intercourse … there have been a couple of times, but it’s been a long time,” she said nervously to Andrew Patton, the police department’s chief of human resources.

She dismissed “rumors” of an affair with Sgt. Lewis Powell, but Patton told her, “I have confirmation… that you spoke about the act, you spoke about his size, it seemed.”

When asked if she’d ever had a “threesome” with patrolman Patrick Magliocco and his wife Amy, Hall replied, “Oh, I’m sorry. A what?’ and started crying.

“It’s okay, there’s Kleenex right behind the candy bowl,” Patton said before continuing his questions.

During a second and third interview, Hall admitted — already with a final warning for crashing her cruiser three times — that she had an affair with Powell for months, even performing a sex act on duty.

“I just gave him head at the substation,” she admitted. “Me and my husband were on the verge of a divorce and I just broke down and then it just got out of hand.”

The married Powell denied the tryst, but came clean when it was revealed he and the heavily tattooed Hall had met in December to exchange notes to thwart the investigation.

She told Patton that Powell had threatened to kill himself when she tried to call things off, texting her to say: “You betrayed me, I thought you cared for me, nobody’s here but me , you really hurt me.”

Hall went on to confess that she got drunk at a Girls Gone Wild hot tub party where she was singing karaoke and fell down a flight of stairs before having sex with Magliocco in a bathroom on a co-worker’s boat.

“My bathing suit was a little loose and fell off,” she added shyly.

Hall revealed that she tried to marry her husband with Sgt. Ty McGowan and his wife, but it quickly fizzled out. McGowan was the source of the original whistleblower tip

revealed last week how Hall’s husband Jedidiah, a sheriff’s deputy and son of a pastor, held on to his wife and tried to resolve their issues.

She told Patton about a pathetic encounter during which she, along with Magliocco and his wife Amy, tried to convince Jedidiah to engage in a sexy wife swap, which failed.

“When Mags was right with us, and then on the couch, Mags said, ‘If you all start kissing, maybe Jed will get the idea, man.’ And when we started snogging, Jed was like “no”.

‘Yes, [inaudible] Me and my husband have had a threesome before so I didn’t know if it would please, I didn’t think he would have a problem with it.

Hall revealed that she made another attempt to engage Jedediah in a threesome with Sgt. Ty McGowan and his wife V, but it quickly fizzled out.

‘Jed came home, we started drinking. Ty wanted to try and get Jed to have something with all of us,” she told Patton. “We played Strip Uno and then V went out on the patio with Jed, me and Ty kissed a little and then that was it.”

Hall admitted to sleeping with McGowan twice, the first time after she had just taken her psychiatric exam before she was even sworn into her $53,000-a-year police job.

At the time, she was unaware that McGowan was the source of the original whistleblower tip received by La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole’s office.

But while he freely indulged in his peers’ sexcapades, McGowan did not reveal and later denied his own romp with Hall. He was fired for being dishonest in the investigation.

“Do we have some kind of jealous boyfriend complex somewhere in town, and that’s how it came to me? How did one of these men find out, “Well, I found out she’s with all these other people, so now I’m mad?” Patton asked her.

“I mean…yeah…I have no idea,” Hall said, struggling to answer. She later mused, “I got stupid, I got desperate, I guess, and boys are boys and they’ll put their dicks in anything.”

Magliocco got away with a suspension, as did Patrol Officer Gavin Schoeberl, who swapped nude photos with Hall.

But their last two conquests, Patrolman Juan Lugo and Sgt. Seneca Shields, both got the boot.

She admitted to having sex with Lugo at a hotel after the two met at a place she remembered as “Go-Go Fun-Go Fun USA.”

It was typical of the kind of boozy outings her hard-partying police gang enjoyed at sports bars, Sunday Night Football parties and Top Golf, according to the tapes she received via a freedom of information request.

However, her meeting with Shields took place in the “weight room” of a police gym, according to Hall’s confession.

“Sorry, I don’t want to beat a dead horse there, but in your opinion there wasn’t a sexual act that took place at the gym… you gave him a hand job? Patton asked her.

“Yeah, it wasn’t a blowjob,” Hall replied.

Patton went on to ask, “Do you have a foot fetish? Do you send photos of your feet to people?

‘Ty got a foot fetish? And so he would ask you for pictures of your feet? Did you send Seneca pictures of your feet?

Hall replied, “I know I did it with Ty.”

The spate of firings and disciplinary action unleashed by Hall’s antics resulted in La Vergne — population 39,000 — losing around 12 percent of its police force overnight.

Despite his wife’s infidelity, she and Jedidiah still live together at their home in Manchester, 60 miles south of Nashville, their first marital property, which they bought a year ago.

The couple have been lovers since college and got married in November 2018.

“I don’t know how he does it, he’s more of a man than I am, but he’s trying to save his marriage,” Jedidiah’s boss, Coffee County Sheriff Chad Partin, told last month.
