Lisa Curry’s model son Jett Kenny, 28, has “NEVER read a book” — and he hasn’t even looked at his mother’s memoir
Lisa Curry has received critical acclaim for her new autobiography, Lisa: A Memoir – 60 Years of Life, Love and Loss.
But there’s one person who won’t turn the pages — Lisa’s model son, Jet Kenny.
Speaking to The Australian Women’s Weekly, the Olympic swimmer, 60, admitted her influencer son, 28, hasn’t read her book and probably never will.

When asked if Jett had read her autobiography, she replied, “I don’t know if Jett has ever read a book!”
‘I know that [my daughter] Morgan will read it, and her husband will [Ryan Gruell] I’ll read it,’ she added.
Lisa’s confession comes after Jett tasted a banana for the first time while performing for SAS Australia last year.

“I ate a banana for the first time on the show,” he told the Daily Telegraph in September.
“The food choices I eat aren’t great, even at the best of times,” he admitted.
Elsewhere in her interview with AWW, Lisa admitted that her Ironman ex-husband Grant Kenny might never read her memoir either, due to its raw subject matter.
Lisa’s confession comes after Jett tasted a banana for the very first time during his appearance on SAS Australia last year (pictured on the show).
“I don’t know if Grant will read it. I know there are parts he can’t read because I sent those chapters [about our late daughter Jaimi] read to him and he couldn’t even look at them,’ she admitted.
Jaimi died at Sunshine Coast University Hospital in September 2020 at the age of 33.
She had battled alcoholism and an eating disorder for years before her death.

In her book, Lisa also shares harrowing details about her private struggles with Jaimi before her death, including an incident where she was “taken advantage of” by a male friend while she was drunk.
Once considered the golden couple of Australian sport, Lisa and Grant married in 1984, had three children together – son Jett and daughters Jaimi and Morgan – before separating in 2009.
Almost a decade after her divorce from the Ironman champion, Lisa married Elvis impersonator Mark Tabone in 2018.
