Lauren Goodger attended a holistic “healing session” on Wednesday after a difficult year with the tragic loss of her baby daughter Lorena.
The former TOWIE star, 36, gave a glimpse of her energy “healing” on her Instagram Stories as she posted a short clip from the session.
In the video shared by Holistic Guidance on Instagram, Lauren could be seen with her eyes closed and a crystal on her forehead.

The practitioner appeared to be doing Reiki on Lauren, which is a Japanese form of energy “healing” for stress relief and relaxation.
In a text printed over the video, the company wrote, “Healing is a journey, not a destination. The more we heal, the harder we pursue our dreams.”
Sharing the video with her own stories, Lauren admitted she was “exhausted” as she thanked Holistic Guidance for the treatment.
Her “healing session” comes after Lauren opened up about her “hellish” 2022 following the tragic loss of her baby daughter Lorena and a bitter breakup with her partner.

Speaking to Web at the Inspiration Awards in London last week, Lauren reflected on the “massive trauma” she’s been going through over the past 12 months.
She said: “I’ve been through massive trauma, I’m not going to sugarcoat it, but everyone knows it and I feel like one day I want to inspire other women.”
Lauren said she finds her strength in being a mother to her daughter Larose, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Charles Drury.
It is understood their relationship ended bitterly last year and Lauren is said to have been attacked at the funeral of their second daughter Lorena. Charles, 25, was later arrested after the incident and released on bail.

She said: “Larose, my daughter, I feel like being the mother of the most amazing little girl I’ve ever had in my life.
“She’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. And I’m a very strong person. I’ve been through a lot. And I feel like I want to be there…
“I am strong, independent and I want to inspire young girls and other mothers who are going through similar things. And only you know that everything happens for a reason and you just don’t like it… life goes on.
