As everyone knows by now, it’s official, or at least unofficial, that Chiara Ferragni and Fedez have bought a beautiful villa overlooking Lake Como in Pognana Lario. It was the weekly Chi that revealed the news, which was circulating the internet within hours. We heard the reaction of the Mayor of Pognana, Claudio Corbella, who welcomed the couple (virtually for now).
But what do people think? As always with this type of argument, opinions are divided. Those who are satisfied with the prestige that the arrival of famous people gives to Lake Como, at least in terms of tourism, and those who would do without it. Many fear the so-called Venice effect, i.e. that the shores of Lake Como will soon only be inhabited by (rich) holidaymakers and tourists.
