The billionaire beauty mogul, 24, appeared to be inspired by the ensemble the Australian singer, 54, wore in her 2001 video for Can’t Get You Out Of My Head as she walked with boyfriend Travis Scott, 31, in went to London nightclub Tape.

Jenner applied for the Kylie brand name in the US for her apparel and cosmetics business in April 2014.
In response, Minogue’s representatives sent the US Patent and Trademark Office a long list of reasons why the trademark should not be granted.
The letter described Jenner as “a secondary reality TV personality” and argued that Minogue, in contrast, was an “internationally renowned performing artist, humanitarian and breast cancer activist known simply as ‘Kylie’ around the world.”

In February 2017, the Patent Office denied Jenner’s application.
Before the lawsuit, Minogue had released fragrances, furniture and clothing in the United States, all bearing her Kylie brand name.
After the triumph, Minogue launched her own line of cosmetics.

It comes after Kylie took to Instagram to share a slew of intimate selfies with Travis the same day.

Referring to his upcoming album and tour, the reality TV phenomenon captioned it “Utopia with you,” and Travis replied in the comments, “We’re out.”
