Kyle Richards has denied claims that she uses the diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight.

On Monday, the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star clapped back at Instagram users who speculated that medication or cosmetic surgery helped her get her slim figure.

After showing off her toned physique in a bikini photo shared earlier that day, internet trolls accused the reality star of using Ozempic – a type 2 diabetes treatment used off-label as a weight-loss drug will.

In the comments section of a Page Six Instagram post that linked to a story about her tattered figure, Kathy Hilton’s younger sister replied to a user who wrote, “I think it’s a lot of visits to the plastic surgeon.”

“I’ve never tried Ozempic and it doesn’t come from plastic surgery,” Richards replied.

The “Halloween Ends” actress admitted she had a breast reduction but dismissed all other claims that she did anything other than work hard to get the figure she’s been flaunting lately .

“I had a breast reduction in May. I’m honest in what I do. But if plastic surgery makes you feel any better then fuck off sis,” she added.

Under the same post, another user simply commented, “Ozempic?”

Richards wrote: “I do NOT take Ozempic. Never have.’

In the past, she revealed that she had undergone the knife for two rhinoplasty jobs and also admitted to having undergone liposuction.

She said she’s been struggling to regain her figure after having four children.

Richards has four daughters – Farrah, 34, Alexia, 26, Sophia, 22, and Portia, 15.

She shares Farrah with her first husband Guraish Aldjufrie.

After marrying real estate agent Mauricio Umansky, 52, they had Alexia, Sophia and Portia.

Ozempic, also known as Semaglutide, has been used by numerous celebrities to quickly break a figure despite its many known side effects.

Elon Musk, Jeremy Clarkson, and Remi Bader have been vocal about their experiences with the fat-burning shot.

The latest trend in diabetes treatment for weight loss has led to an increase in demand and widespread shortages.
