(ANSA) – MOSCOW, FEBRUARY 20 – The Kremlin has confirmed that the Chinese Communist Party’s chief of diplomacy, Wang Yi, is on his way to Moscow. Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, adding that he could meet with President Vladimir Putin. This was announced by the Ria Novosti agency.
“We do not rule out a meeting between the president and Wang Yi, which will be held in Moscow,” Peskov said, stressing the multi-level friendship between China and Russia. “The agenda is clear and very broad, and therefore there is something to discuss,” the spokesman reiterated. (HAND).
