“The key to the Kiev regime is in Washington’s hands”, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at his usual meeting with journalists. But he continued: “Now we see that the current leader of the White House … doesn’t want to use it, he wants to weaponize Ukraine,” he added, quoted by Portal.
