Kourtney Kardashian has managed to stay in great shape even in her 40s.

And on Tuesday, the 43-year-old wife of Travis Barker shared on her website POOSH what some of her favorite yoga poses for staying slim are – these include Child Pose, Cat Pose and Puppy Pose, among others.

It turns out the kid’s pose is one of her favorite positions to help with digestion. “Yoga helps create space in the body to promote the movement of food through the digestive tract,” their website reads.

“It can stimulate the digestive tract with gentle abdominal pressure,” added.

“Perhaps most importantly, by relaxing the body, we help ourselves move further away from the body’s stress response and into the body’s parasympathetic ‘rest and digest’ state. When stressed, the body slows down digestion to redirect energy to the perceived threat in front of us.”

She then suggested moves.

The first was the child’s pose: “Sit on your shins with your feet together and knees. Fold your torso over your legs with your forehead coming towards the floor or a block. Let your arms rest back at your feet. Hold 10 breaths. Why: Gently squeeze abs.’

Next came cat pose: “Start in a tabletop position on all fours, shoulders over wrists and hips over knees. On an inhale, arch your spine by letting your stomach drop down while your tailbone, chest, and chin lift. As you exhale, rotate your spine, push the floor away from you, and pull your chin to your chest. Complete 10 rounds.’

This helps to gently lengthen and compress the abdominal organs.

She also recommended puppy ownership.

“From the tabletop position, keep your hips above your knees and step your hands forward so your head and chest move towards the floor (or rest your head on a block/rolled-up blanket). Hold 10 breaths. Why: stretch the stomach.’

And then there was the sphinx pose.

“Lie on your stomach and support yourself with your elbows under your shoulders and your forearms parallel on your forearms.

“Press down with the tops of both feet to energize the legs. Do the same with the forearms to lengthen the neck from the shoulders. Hold 10 breaths. Why: Stretch and compress the abdominal organs at the same time.’

There was also the reclined twist and the wind relieving pose.

Last week, she shared that she takes several supplements each day and that one of her “midday supplements” was NAD + Platinum. “Has so many benefits and I love it,” she wrote on her Insta Stories, as she insisted the post was “not an ad.”

She wrote that Nad+ was “the most direct precursor to our anti-aging molecule – NAD+ is our genetic key to longevity, but levels naturally decline with age. NMN is the mist’s direct NAD+ precursor (as opposed to NR, which is commonly used in NAD+ supplements,” the health nut wrote.

She featured the Quicksilver Scientific brand, but explained that the post was not an ad.

“No ads,” she wrote, adding that she’s plugging in the product because it has so many benefits and she “loves it.”

“An all-in-one longevity formula that supports 3 key pillars of longevity: NAD+ Generation, Sirtuin Activation, and Methylation.”

She also had two Lemme Matcha gummy candies in her photo; she represents Lemme.

Dietary supplements were also covered on their Poosh website.

“Kourtney is always in touch with her doctor because she knows her needs, goals and body are always in flux – just like the rest of us,” reads her website.

“She often adjusts her nutritional regimen based on how she feels; what new workouts, foods, or cleanses she follows; and how to fulfill certain intentions and biomarkers.’

Added that their rotation includes Theranatal OvaVite and OvaVite Preconception Prenatal Vitamin, which costs $155.

‘THERALOGIX THERANATAL – If you’ve tuned the show into Hulu, you know Kourt wasn’t shy about getting pregnant. Kourt takes three of these prenatal capsules each morning on an empty stomach. With their specific vitamins and minerals, these are just the right thing for your body in this phase of preparation. Think of it as a multivitamin just tailored to their goals,” one shared.

She also takes a methylfolate supplement for $58.

“Another supplement that Kourt takes in the morning before eating is this methylfolate from Thorne,” it says in detail.

“It’s a highly absorbable, active form of vitamin B (aka folic acid) that tissues can use immediately. It helps support heart, blood, and brain health by helping to regulate serotonin, melatonin, dopamine, and epinephrine. Folic acid is very important before and during early pregnancy to enable a healthy conception.’

Another is MegaSporeBiotic: “These probiotics are usually recommended by a nutritionist or doctor, which is how Kourt heard about them. She takes these mornings and evenings (as recommended by her doctor for her pro).
