Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Sunday that the Kosovan army was planning an attack on the Serb population living in the north of the region. Earlier it was reported that Kosovo forces are blocking roads with Serbia, sirens are sounding and gunshots are being heard.
It is also reported that after 18:00 local time in the north of the city, which has been divided into two zones since the end of the Kosovo war (1998-1999), anti-aircraft sirens sounded: the southern one. where the Albanian majority lives, and the Serbian part in the north.
According to reports, the Kosovar special forces have closed the border crossings and Belgrade has put the army on alert.
