A restraining order was granted to Kim Kardashian Tuesday, who has shown up at her home more than once, calling her his wife and sending her a diamond ring, among other unwelcome gestures.

The 42-year-old reality star – who has had to deal with numerous stalkers through the legal system over the years – said in court documents verified by TMZ that last month the man, whose name is Jomonie Victor Zigler, began to contact You.

Kardashian, through her attorney Shawn Holley, told the court that security stopped 28-year-old Zigler from going to her home on numerous occasions and that he posted profane messages about her online while calling her his wife.

Kardashian said Zigler also mailed items like the ring and hotel room keys to her apartment and that he has a criminal background involving guns and threats.

The mother-of-four told the court she suffered emotionally as a result of Zigler’s spate of unwanted advances. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for next month.

Kardashian last month received a five-year restraining order against a man named Andre Persaud, who said he could “telepathically connect” with the reality star, TMZ reported.

Kardashian told the court that Persaud, who she had never met, had visited her home three times in August 2022 and that she feared the situation could escalate into violence.

A Los Angeles judge ordered Persaud to have no contact with Kardashian, to approach her within 100 yards, to have or possess firearms and to turn over those he has to authorities.

Kardashian isn’t the only member of her family struggling with the downside of fame, as several of her relatives have also sought help through the legal system to deal with people they said had invaded their privacy .

They include her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, and mother Kris Jenner. Khloe Kardashian also spoke about unwanted attention on a 2017 episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, when she and Kendall visited a gun range to practice shooting but ultimately didn’t buy any firearms.

“It’s something we feel we need to do so we can sleep better at night,” she said.
