Kevin Spacey was pictured Wednesday at an event at the Adriano Cinema in Rome, Italy, to promote his film The Man Who Drew God, titled L’uomo che disegnò Dio in Italian.
The embattled actor, who has faced multiple sexual assault allegations over the past five years, was at the event at the theater two days after being honored with a lifetime achievement award by Italy’s National Cinema Museum in Turin, Italy.
On Wednesday, the New Jersey-born actor, 63, wore a dark gray suit with a lapis blue button-down shirt, horizontal stripe tie and black shoes.

Spacey had attended a master class at the event – billed as his first speaking engagement in five years – in which he did not address the multiple allegations of misconduct leveled against him.
At the event, Spacey said he was “hugely grateful” to Nero for casting him in The Man Who Drawn God.
Spacey signed autographs and posed for selfies with fans attending the event.
Participant Mery Bicci told the AP, “When the scandal happened, I went into grief because I knew full well they were going to ostracize it immediately.”
