Are you ready for basketball action in the Rupp Arena? The Wildcats are returning to host Texas A&M for the first time since 2017, and the folks in the desert gave us an opening address.
According to Action Network, Kentucky opened as a 5-point favorite over the Aggies. The total opened at 141 but has already lost two points in most books.
Buzz Williams’ team is aiming high with a seven-game winning streak that included a 5-0 run against the spread. They are undefeated in the SEC game and have recorded a perfect 5-0 on the ATS road this season. A win for the Wildcats would be their second best yet, only their second Quad 2 win of the season. Unders have scored in four of the last five Texas A&M basketball games, while the Aggies are ranked 16th in two-point defense nationally.
Kentucky went nearly two full months without covering a spread. After nabbing that 10-game ATS skid, they’ve gone on to back-to-back games to wins over Tennessee and Georgia. UK is 12-6 straight up, 6-12 ATS.
