The two people have reportedly turned up at Clarkson’s Los Angeles home on numerous occasions, causing riots.

Last month, Clarkson sought a restraining order against Fernandez shortly after he was granted one against Young.

Fernandez has reportedly turned up at her home several times since Thanksgiving and even arrived twice in a semi, according to legal documents seen by TMZ.

Michael Lopez, Clarkson’s chief of security, claims Fernandez first stopped by her home on Thanksgiving.

Lopez claimed Fernandez arrived in a semi truck before looking over her privacy gate and into her yard.

Fernandez reportedly made two more visits that same day and returned again by tractor-trailer, followed by another time on foot. He reportedly rang the doorbell and said he was there to see American Idol’s vet.

The legal documents also allege that Fernandez walked back to the home on Dec. 3 and spoke to housekeeping staff. He allegedly claimed Kelly instructed him to meet her at his home. The singer says she has no idea who he is.

Ludwin Munoz, who is part of Clarkson’s security team, claimed he communicated with Fernandez through the home’s camera system during the December incident.

When Fernandez was denied entry, Munoz said he appeared confused and irritated. Fernandez reportedly said, “This is the second time she’s done that … unless I’m talking to a scammer or something.”

Fernandez also reportedly snapped photos of the family SUV when Clarkson’s nanny arrived with her children. The police were called and a report was filed, the documents say.

Clarkson has requested that Fernandez remain at least 100 yards from her home, car, place of work, and her children’s school and daycare. She fears what Fernandez might do and worries he might harm her or her family.
