Steph Claire Smith raised eyebrows on Monday when she admitted she gets aroused by reading the love scenes in romantic novels.
The 28-year-old influencer said that while she’s not a fan of online porn, she became aroused by reading American author Colleen Hoover’s 2014 romance novel Ugly Love.
“This is my kind of porn. I read this book in bed with my husband Josh and he gave me the sexy eyes,” she said on her KICPOD podcast.

“But the book was too good to stop. I kept reading and was so excited I put it down and did it. He said, “Wow, what book are you reading right now?” she told her co-host Laura Henshaw.
Steph then read a passage from the novel to demonstrate his effect on her: “His mouth meets mine and he kisses me gently.”
Laura couldn’t help but laugh and admitted that while porn wasn’t her “biggest passion”, she had looked at it before.

It comes after Steph lashed out at a social media page that pokes fun at celebrity mistakes.
She let loose on the Celeb Spellcheck Instagram account last month after she was trolled for pretending to be journaling for a sponsored post.
The fitness guru said during a Q&A session that it was akin to “bullying,” and she dreaded what people were saying in the comments.
“This is my kind of porn. I read this book in bed with my husband Josh (right) and he gave me a sexy look,” she said
One fan asked: “Does sites like Celeb Spellcheck get annoying? Feels like they’re more likely to target you.’
Steph replied, “I don’t follow the page, I haven’t in years and I find not knowing what’s being posted about me is the best way to deal with it.”
The fitness influencer lives in Melbourne with her husband Josh Miller and their 19-month-old son Harvey.
