K-Fed first seen after videos of Britney and her sons arguing

Kevin Federline has been seen for the first time since posting video footage of ex-wife Britney Spears allegedly arguing with their sons.

Paparazzi caught the former backup dancer, 44 – who shares Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, with the pop icon, 40, – driving around Los Angeles in his black Mercedes on Thursday.

The sighting comes hours after Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, slammed Federline in an exclusive statement to Page Six for “injuring” his superstar client.

“Britney Spears is a brilliantly talented, extremely hard-working icon who is rightfully loved and respected by millions around the world,” said the former federal prosecutor.

“Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of Mr. Federline, who inexplicably decided to give a gratuitous interview that hurt his children’s mother.”

Rosengart noted that the “Lucky” singer has been “faithfully supportive” of her children and “loves them dearly.”

“Whether he realizes it or not, Mr. Federline has not only violated the privacy and dignity of his children’s mother, he has undermined his own children, whose privacy he should protect,” added the senior attorney who helped free Spears from her 13-year conservatory in November 2021.

On Wednesday night, Federline tried to belittle Spears’ character by posting videos of private moments with her boys when they were 12 and 11.

“I cannot sit back and allow my sons to be blamed in this way after what they have been through. As much as it hurts us, we decided as a family to release these videos,” he captioned the three clips.

“That’s not even the worst of it. The lies have to stop. I hope our kids get better than that.”

A source in Spears’ camp exclusively told Page Six of the post at the time: “Kevin is disgusting. He arms the kids by posting the videos. But in these clips, Britney is just a mom.”

In the clips, Spears can be heard scolding her children for not wearing lotion or wearing their shoes outside. In one instance, she demanded respect from Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Rosengart claimed to Page Six that since California is a two-party consent state, Federline may have broken the law by posting videos that Spears didn’t know she was being recorded in.

“In addition to his self-abasement and violation of societal norms, he has now created various legal problems for himself including, but not limited to, involvement in cyber harassment and cyberbullying laws,” the Los Angeles-based attorney explained.

Federline’s attorney did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment on Rosengart’s testimony. However, it seems that the “Popozão” rapper regrets sharing the videos as they have since been deleted from his Instagram page.

Spears recently explained how challenging it has been co-parenting with Federline after revealing in a preview for an ITV interview that Sean Preston and Jayden James have decided not to see their mum “for a few months”.

The Grammy winner called the claims on Instagram “hurting”. She later added that her sons would be “hateful” towards her when they visited.

Spears and Federline were married from 2004 to 2007. The father of six also shares Kori, 20, and Kaleb, 18, with ex Shar Jackson, and Jordan, 10, and Peyton, 8, with now-wife Victoria Prince.

Spears tied the knot with Sam Asghari in June after nearly six years together. Before Federline, she was married to childhood friend Jason Alexander for just 55 hours in 2004.
