She’s nearing the end of her pregnancy, but Rosie Wicks keeps up her fitness routine with the help of her body coach husband, Joe.
The fitness expert, 36, and the model, 32, are expecting their third child in a few weeks and worked up a sweat during a couple’s workout in the garden of their sprawling home on Monday.

The snaps showed the fit couple exercising in their stunning garden, with Rosie looking fabulous in a tight gray vest top and cycling shorts.
She struck a series of poses alongside a grinning Joe, cradling her stomach and showing off her impressive form with a squat.
Joe revealed the couple filmed a series of pregnancy workouts for the star’s hugely popular YouTube channel.
“Rosie is 37 weeks pregnant today and strong. We just filmed a series of 4 pregnancy safe workouts for my YouTube channel which I will be sharing very soon. Would you like us to film some postpartum exercises too?’ wrote the Body Coach star.

Joe has revealed he and Rosie have already discussed their desire to have a fourth child and possibly more after welcoming their latest addition.
The fitness star, who shares Indigo, three, and Marley, two, with Rosie, also admitted in a new interview that juggling another baby in her busy household would be “tough”.
In conversation with OK! Online, the body coach opened up about expanding his family with Rosie, explaining that “they would love to have a fourth and possibly more beyond that.”
With a third child already on the way and the possibility of more in the future, Joe revealed that he has refused to hire a nanny and is instead enlisting their mothers to help with childcare.

He said: “I’m so lucky to have my mum and Rosie’s mum close by. I would find it hard to leave my kids with someone I don’t know, so the fact that I have my mum means I can spend a night in a hotel and I love that.”
Regarding the prospect of having three kids under the age of five in their home, the fitness trainer continued, “I know it’s going to be difficult because obviously we have a four-year-old and a two-year-old, and so we have to have more.” getting people ready for bed. It’s going to be more of a team-like thing.
Joe added that he “definitely” plans to take more time out of his busy schedule to help out with the kids, especially “mornings and evenings.”
The star went on to praise his wife of three, adding that while having a new baby is “tough” for her, “she’s doing very well.”
Joe and Rosie have been together since 2016 and tied the knot in a stunning landscape ceremony in 2019.
